Add Appointment

 

1. Begin

Open your calendar by clicking on the icon on the left.

begin 2 New Appointment.

Click on New Appointment in the top toolbar.

Or, hover over the "+" icon in the lower right, then click on Add Appointment.

2. Subject

Enter a title for the appointment.

3. Dates & Times

Select Start Date and Time, and End Date and Time.

A drop down calendar will appear if you click on this icon, or you can type the information in manually.

You can also set the appointment for "All Day".

4. Location

Enter the location where the appointment will occur.

5. Owner

By default, the owner will be the person creating the appointment. Select another team member, if necessary.

6. Status

Select the appropriate status from the drop down.

7. Label

Here you can select from a number of labels to provide at-a-glance information about the appointment.

8. Related

If the appointment is related to a particular client, contact, or docket, select it here.

9. Description

Enter a description of the appointment here.

10. Done!

Click "Done" to finalize your appointment. Now it will display in your calendar.
